About

SureContact brings email marketing and contact management into one workspace. Users can manage contacts, create campaigns, build automations, segment audiences, and understand contact activity without having to move between multiple tools.

Goals

The challenge was to make a growing set of features feel clear, connected, and practical to use, without removing the controls experienced users needed.

Design Considerations

• Marketing tools have many settings and dependencies.
• Users need to move quickly through common tasks.
• Campaigns, contacts, segments, and automations are closely connected.
• Important information needs to remain visible without overwhelming the interface.
• The product needs to support both simplicity and flexibility.

I led product design across the core experience, working with the product, engineering, and support teams to shape workflows, clarify interactions, and improve usability across the platform. Alongside design, I used AI-assisted development to explore interactions, test ideas in working interfaces, make UI adjustments, and independently ship parts of the experience.

Reflection

Working on SureContact reinforced that simplicity is not about reducing functionality. It is about giving each piece of functionality a clear place, a clear purpose, and a predictable way to use it.
