I worked with Pushkar in a small but innovative design team. He always had a visible empathy towards people who worked with him. You always know he's got your back when you're working with him. First of all, he's a fantastic team player and would always have innovative ideas to improve the visual aesthetics of things. Having said that, I really enjoyed critiquing his UI designs which often told a story. His ability to get requirements from the stakeholders and convert them into visual designs add to his arsenal.
